A. We are Worn Threads Vintage, a second-hand clothing company dedicated to self-expression through sustainable fashion. Our mission is to provide carefully curated, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces that reflect the seasons and today's cultural trends. Each week, we release thoughtfully selected collections that celebrate individuality and the timeless appeal of vintage style.
Q. Where does the vintage clothing come from?
A. Our vintage pieces are sourced from top suppliers across the United States. Each garment is meticulously handpicked to ensure the highest quality and timeless style, offering you a collection that's unique as it is sustainable.
Q. Is the clothing Authentic Vintage (15+ years or older)?
A. Yes, every pice in our collections are authentic vintage garments and usually are second-hand, typically 15+ years old. We focus on sourcing garments from the late 1980s to early 2000s, ensuring a genuine and nostalgic feel in every item we offer.
Q. What condition/quality are the clothes?
A. Secondhand clothing conditions vary, but overall fall into 2 categories. Category 1 is Grade A, which is the highest quality for vintage pieces. All Grade A means is that the pieces have no holes or stains, Like new. Category 2 is Grade B which most pieces would fall into, which simply means no major holes or stains. We forewarn all our buyers that this is used clothing and may contain some minor wear and tear. Many items are 20+ years old making it very difficult to offer a superb product free of any blemishes.
Q. What about Shipping?
A. We ship orders every day and take pride in offering same-day or next-day shipping. Most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3-7 days, depending on your location. For our international customers, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the UK, ensuring our vintage pieces reach you wherever you are.
Q. How do I know if the product fits?
A. We provide detailed and thorough descriptions for every product, covering everything from size and fit to condition and other important details. Our goal is to give you all the information you need to feel confident and clear about exactly what you'll be receiving.
Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges, do you allow refunds because of change in mind?
A. No refunds or returns. We take pride in product description and details. So, the customer knows exactly how it will fit.
