Q. Who are you?
A. We are Worn Threads Vintage, a Louisiana based vintage clothing company that started in 2021 we provide vintage/sustainable secondhand clothing.
Q. Where does the vintage clothing come from?
A. The clothes come from top suppliers around the US that we have built a relationship with. Each piece of clothing is handpicked and selected so you know exactly what you're going to get. We select the highest quality pieces to bring to “You” the customer the best product and price.
Q. Is the clothing Authentic Vintage (15+ years or older)?
A. Yes, every piece is strategically handpicked to bring the customers the most authentic and highest quality pieces. Every item is from the 1980s to early 2000s, so we try to select products that are 15 years or older.
Q. Do you have a physical storefront?
A. No, we do not have a physical storefront. We are only an online store but are goal is to definitely have storefront one day.
Q. What condition/quality are the clothes?
A. Secondhand clothing conditions vary, but overall fall into 2 categories. Category 1 is Grade A, which is the highest quality for vintage pieces. All Grade A means is that the pieces have no holes or stains, Like new. Category 2 is Grade B which most pieces would fall into, which simply means no major holes or stains. We forewarn all our buyers that this is used clothing and may contain some minor wear and tear. Many items are 20+ years old making it very difficult to offer a superb product free of any blemishes.
Q. What about Shipping?
A. We ship every business day and sometimes on Saturdays. We pride ourselves in shipping products during the week on the same day. To bring you the customer the best experience possible. Every box will contain a sticker or business card. We use USPS First Class shipping, so you get the product ASAP!! We appreciate and are grateful for every customer.
Q. How do I know if the product fits?
A. Each product has a lengthy and detailed description about every aspect of the shirt. From its size to the manufacturer. We take our time and try to give you the most information and insight before you make your purchase.
Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges, do you allow refunds because of change in mind?
A. No refunds or returns. We take pride in product description and details. So, the customer knows exactly how it will fit.
